💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in Central Reach. You'll be part of a supportive team that offers paid RBT training and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay client progress

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and run
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification
• Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• First Aid and CPR certified
