💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic Senior People Business Partner for a business unit at Brevo, partnering with senior leaders on talent management, organizational design, and change management. You'll drive people processes and use data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions. This role requires deep experience with Sales and Revenue organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver the people agenda.
• Advise on talent management, compensation, and organizational design.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development conversations.
• Drive people processes like performance reviews and compensation cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales or Revenue teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Solid understanding of French labour law and HR practices.
