Description

You will oversee the testing processes for mobile satellite communication projects, ensuring products meet standards and specifications before deployment. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define requirements, manage test execution, and drive issue resolution to support the success of satellite communication systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service, Project Management, or Satellite/Cellular Communications
• Hands-on experience with RF systems, baseband equipment, satellite communications preferred
• Proficiency in remote monitoring tools and system diagnostics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for mobile satellite communication products
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define testing requirements and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact between engineering, QA, partners, and clients
• Oversee execution of test cases for hardware and software components
• Manage defect reports and ensure timely issue resolution
