💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Dock Subject Matter Expert for Federal and Defense customers, partnering with Sales to win technical validation and deploy autonomous systems. You'll lead demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and field deployments, ensuring systems operate securely in compliant cloud and on-premise environments. You'll act as the critical bridge between customers and Skydio's Product and Engineering teams, driving scalable deployment processes for dock installations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define deployment success criteria
• Lead system demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and field trials
• Deploy and support dock-based hardware and software in customer environments
• Design and troubleshoot compliant cloud, on-premise, WiFi, cellular, and IP networking architectures

📋 Requirements

• FAA Part 107 certification or ability to obtain
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
• 3+ years supporting cloud-connected or on-premise hardware and software systems
• US Citizenship required due to government contract

• Basic scripting or software integration experience
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and customer integrations
• Experience with commercial or government autonomous aircraft systems
