Description

As a Principal Software Engineer at OneTrust, you will develop and architect Java microservices for the AI Governance platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. Your work will ensure trusted data and AI governance at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years professional software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, SQL, REST/OAuth/JSON
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Agile development experience (Scrum, XP, Pair Programming)

Responsibilities

• Develop Java microservices and libraries integrating with AI platforms
• Design cloud applications using Core Java, REST, Spring ecosystem on Azure
• Achieve at least 80% code coverage via unit testing
• Collaborate with UX, Product Managers, and developers on system architecture
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews
