You'll own paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for a fast-growing consumer brand reshaping fresh food access in Canada. Your core impact is driving measurable subscriber growth through data-driven campaign optimization and budget management. You'll collaborate with creative teams to test and scale high-performing ads, directly influencing growth and retention.

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Optimize media budget across regions to hit CPA targets.
  • Present weekly performance insights with budget recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test and scale ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • At least 2 years managing paid social for a DTC or subscription brand.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and one other platform (TikTok or Pinterest).
  • Understanding of CAC, LTV, churn and data-driven growth strategies.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in grocery, food & beverage, or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Quebec/French-language advertising experience.
