Description
You will own the Client Portal roadmap, build self-serve analytics dashboards, create actionable clinical insights workflows, improve implementation efficiency, and drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product management experience delivering digital products
- Experience building or enhancing B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or workflow tools
- Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with data to define metrics and evaluate impact
- Demonstrated ability to ship iteratively in partnership with engineering and design
- Preferred: experience in healthcare benefits, PBM, pharmacy, or employer-sponsored health plans
Responsibilities
- Own the Client Portal roadmap, balancing customer insight, implementation efficiency, and internal operational scale
- Design and ship intuitive dashboards for pharmacy performance, cost drivers, utilization trends, and program ROI
- Develop structured implementation tracking experiences with milestone visibility and launch readiness
- Partner with clinical teams to create prioritized member outreach workflows for behavior change
- Drive cross-functional execution: translate stakeholder needs into requirements, lead agile ceremonies, and iterate using product analytics
