You'll lead technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and enable teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and safely. This role stands out for its emphasis on spec-driven development and integration of AI coding agents into workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve high-level technical architecture for platforms
• Translate backlog requirements into spec-driven requirements for AI agents
• Design solutions with SEO, accessibility, performance, and CMS integrations
• Champion spec-driven development and coach engineers on agent design

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot
• Experience with LLMs like Gemini, Claude, or GPT-4.x/5.x
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI

• Experience with BMAD Method or similar spec-driven frameworks
• Experience with AI agent design patterns and task planning
• Familiarity with Next.js/React for platform or internal tooling
