💼 About This Role

You'll drive culture and lead daily activities for a high-volume production kitchen and fulfillment center at HelloFresh. You'll build the operational roadmap and mentor a leadership team for 100+ employees. This role has a seat at the table to make company-impacting decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline across all functional areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Manage daily operational logistics and production scheduling.
• Communicate company goals and lead monthly meetings to engage the team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in industrial kitchen or production operations.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, SQF food safety standards.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile Production principles.

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in both startup and large company environments.
