You will build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally selling in the field. You'll drive growth, expand market presence, and ensure client satisfaction with premier roofing solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams
• Specialty roofing sales experience highly preferred
• Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales
• Lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
• Winning attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
• Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence
• Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
• Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff for onboarding and support
• Maintain high standards for client satisfaction
