You'll join a global 24x7 network operations team providing first-level support for enterprise network infrastructure. You'll triage and troubleshoot issues across WAN, LAN, VPN, and wireless environments. This role offers hands-on exposure to Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line support for enterprise network issues
• Perform initial L1 troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls
• Manage and triage alerts; escalate to L2 with analysis
• Execute standard operating procedures and predefined runbooks

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years total experience
• 1-2 years hands-on enterprise networking experience
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet
• Ability to work 24x7 rotational shifts

• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
