💼 About This Role

You'll architect high-performance distributed systems for Ebury's Client Operations Automation squad, driving the transition to Agentic Orchestration. Your core impact is reducing Manual Intervention Rate and improving Average Handling Time through production-grade AI. This role stands out for building the internal engine of a hyper-growth FinTech using Temporal and Node.js/TypeScript.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect complex state machines and workflow orchestration with Temporal
• Deploy and optimize LLMs (Gemini) for automated operational tasks
• Own technical outcomes for Manual Intervention Rate and AHT
• Review RFCs, run workshops, and mentor mid-level and associate engineers

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in backend software engineering with distributed systems
• Expert proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production workflows
• Proven leadership in technical initiatives and mentoring

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow engines
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Terraform
