💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to patients in Gloucester County, helping them achieve independence and safety at home. You'll assess functional status, develop intervention plans, and educate patients and families on rehabilitative care. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations of patients' functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Develop and revise individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Assess home environment for hazards and recommend adaptations.

📋 Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum one year of recent OT experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes in Gloucester County.
