- Uphold Workplace policy and standards in the office.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Intake and resolve requests via Zendesk ticketing platform.
- Liaise with on-site vendors for facilities and events.
π Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of workplace or building management experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
