You'll own the full customer journey for an AI-powered code review platform, driving adoption and renewals. You'll build strong relationships and ensure customers realize maximum value. This role offers a chance to shape the customer success function as a founding team member.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships and understand customer business objectives
- Drive engagement and adoption throughout the customer journey
- Own renewals and expansion opportunities for a book of business
- Champion customer needs internally and influence product roadmap
๐ Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Technical competency to understand software and build relationships with technical stakeholders
- Customer obsession and passion for delivering high-quality experience
- Strong knowledge of customer success, including negotiations and procurement
