🎯 What You'll Do

• Own multi-year staffing strategy across channels and staffing types
• Lead workforce management and scheduling functions
• Oversee vendor/BPO operations and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in staffing efficiency and service levels

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in workforce management or staffing strategy
• Proven experience managing BPO relationships and vendor performance
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional partners

• Experience in contact center or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with WFM platforms and scheduling tools
• Background in process improvement methodologies
