💼 About This Role

You'll own and mature enterprise risk programs at a fintech building banking infrastructure. You'll set strategy, execute risk-based programs, and shape the risk narrative for the fintech portfolio. This role offers the chance to lead a team and partner across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of program owners and analysts managing risk programs
• Determine roadmap and success metrics for Enterprise Risk programs
• Oversee fintech partner risk assessments and vendor reviews
• Execute and develop OKRs to enhance risk programs

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years experience designing and leading Enterprise Risk programs in financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with risk & control frameworks, risk assessments, and third party risk management
• Ability to oversee numerous programs and manage a growing team
