🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a development sprint team in designing custom software and SharePoint apps.
• Manage full SDLC, converting user stories into functional secure code.
• Establish 'automated-first' mindset to reduce manual intervention and increase deployment speed.
• Perform code reviews for mid-level developers to ensure code quality and security.

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (DOJ adjudicated).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum using Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium.
• Familiarity with litigation support tools such as Relativity or Everlaw.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
