💼 About This Role

You'll own Matia's core positioning and messaging, bridging product, sales, and go-to-market strategy. Your impact will drive product launches and content strategy for a fast-growing DataOps startup. You'll also shape competitive intelligence and enable sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop positioning and messaging for product segments and personas
• Create content including website copy, blog posts, and technical explainers
• Lead product launches end-to-end with cross-functional teams
• Build sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and battlecards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in product marketing in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years in a data infrastructure company
• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or Databricks ecosystem
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as data engineer, data analyst, or solutions engineer
• Experience building PMM function from zero to one
