💼 About This Role
You'll work alongside a Clinician Success Manager to onboard and support home health clinicians using Roger's AI platform, ensuring they get maximum value. You'll own tasks end-to-end, from operational workflows to frontline communication, making a tangible difference in patient care.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as direct point of contact for clinician onboarding and training
- Manage day-to-day success operations including scheduling and follow-ups
- Track clinician usage data and flag trends or issues
- Create and maintain training guides and documentation
📋 Requirements
- 3 to 8 years in a customer-facing, operations, or success role
- Detail oriented with precise record-keeping
- Strong communicator with empathetic, warm interaction style
- Operationally minded with system-building ability
