💼 About This Role

You'll work alongside a Clinician Success Manager to onboard and support home health clinicians using Roger's AI platform, ensuring they get maximum value. You'll own tasks end-to-end, from operational workflows to frontline communication, making a tangible difference in patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as direct point of contact for clinician onboarding and training
  • Manage day-to-day success operations including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Track clinician usage data and flag trends or issues
  • Create and maintain training guides and documentation

📋 Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years in a customer-facing, operations, or success role
  • Detail oriented with precise record-keeping
  • Strong communicator with empathetic, warm interaction style
  • Operationally minded with system-building ability
