You'll lead a team of 12 accountants managing a diverse client portfolio as the Cyprus Tax and VAT authority. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead authority on Cyprus VAT, VIES, and Social Insurance filings
• Supervise and train a team of 12 accountants on Xero/QuickBooks efficiency
• Oversee migration of clients to Balabook while supporting existing software
• Review management accounts, financial statements, and audit files

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus Tax & VAT system and Social Insurance
• Experience managing a team of 10+ subordinates
• QuickBooks and Xero proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the Insurance sector
• Openness to becoming expert in Balabook
• EU accounting standards experience
