Requirements

  • 3+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Alliance Management, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through channel partners
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms
  • Experience in youth sports or sports association ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline and ARR targets from partner portfolio
  • Design and manage structured referral and resale programs
  • Establish scalable lead submission and handover processes
  • Conduct quarterly and annual joint business planning with top partners
  • Develop and deliver partner training and enablement materials
