💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes, evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders. You'll serve as an educator and advocate while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in a supportive, award-winning home health agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled services for breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
• Serve as educator, patient advocate, and interdisciplinary team member.

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of individual development and human behavior related to illness/injury
