Description

You will develop go-to-market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers in the Camden, NJ area to expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment. You'll work closely with internal teams and synthesize market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Based in Camden, NJ area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally within ~1 hour driving distance
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
