π― What You'll Do
- Provide overall project leadership and governance.
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
- Lead client engagement and executive communication.
- Oversee workforce demand analyses and guide human capital solutions.
π Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
- 7β10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting.
- Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience developing executive-level briefings.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
