๐ผ About This Role
You'll help build Ramp's European presence from scratch, working closely with the regional GM on go-to-market strategy and execution. Your core impact will be generating revenue, building customer relationships, and establishing Ramp as the leading fintech brand in Europe. This is a high-agency, generalist role with real accountability from day one.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build targeted account lists and outbound sequences to convert leads into customers.
- Own inbound leads end-to-end, qualify fast, and run sharp discovery.
- Attend and organize industry events to build brand and relationships.
- Drive strategic research on competitive landscape and product-market fit.
๐ Requirements
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across UK/Europe.
- Ownership mentality: you own outcomes, not deliverables.
- Track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own.
- Ability to make fast decisions with incomplete data in undefined environments.
- AI fluency as a daily habit.

- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Experience in high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE.
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles.
- Track record of entrepreneurial activity.
