💼 About This Role

You'll support the Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) process for a growing reinsurance platform, analyzing model results and onboarding new transactions. You'll strengthen internal controls and documentation for audit and regulatory requests. This role offers high visibility and direct exposure to Bermuda-based teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with performing annual and quarterly EBS processes
• Analyze and explain model results for base and sensitivity runs
• Develop tools to streamline the EBS process
• Execute validation and UAT procedures on EBS changes

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in life reinsurance or annuity industry
• Actively working toward ASA designation
• Strong Excel skills (Power Query a plus)
• Coding language experience a plus (Python preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• SOX control and compliance experience
• Actuarial modeling software experience (MG ALFA preferred)
• Power Query knowledge
