As an Onboarding Specialist III, you will lead large-scale, multi-product onboarding initiatives, drive cross-functional coordination, and champion customer experience. You will mentor lower-level specialists, develop onboarding standards, and partner with leadership to enhance strategy and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success in SaaS or services
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PMP preferred
  • Proven success managing enterprise or multi-product projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management software
  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Serve as trusted advisor for customers, providing strategic guidance
  • Develop and optimize onboarding standards, templates, and best practices
  • Mentor and coach Level I and II specialists
