💼 About This Role

You'll join the Infrastructure team to evolve our Kubernetes-based platform, taking the lead on major infrastructure initiatives. You'll own the lifecycle of critical systems that underpin all services, directly multiplying the effectiveness of the entire engineering organization. This is a key technical ownership role at a remote-first, AI-powered IT management company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead major infrastructure initiatives on the Kubernetes platform
• Design and maintain production-grade container clusters and microservices
• Automate manual toil and build internal platform tools
• Manage secrets and configuration across multi-account, multi-region infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering
• AWS proficiency spanning EKS, IAM, VPC networking, Route53, CloudFront
• Kubernetes and Docker expertise with production clusters
• Terraform proficiency including module design and state management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing core infrastructure components of a platform
• Container orchestration with Argo, Istio
• AI usage experience in daily infrastructure work
