You'll lead test automation framework design and champion quality engineering best practices across a mission-driven financial software company. This role works with inspired data scientists and customer experience fanatics to build technology serving distressed borrowers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and data pipelines
• Define and enforce quality engineering best practices across engineering teams
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations to integrate quality in SDLC
• Mentor junior quality engineers and lead code reviews on test automation code

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software quality engineering with emphasis on test automation
• Proven expertise in building robust test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies
• Familiarity with data pipeline testing
