Description

You will build core capabilities for a SaaS platform across multiple clouds, drive development of functional enhancements for Data Discovery, Observability, and Governance for both OSS and SaaS offerings, and lead efforts around performance, scalability, and reliability. You will also mentor junior engineers and work closely with PM, customers, and the OSS community.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience building and scaling backend systems, preferably in cloud-first or SaaS environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with deep experience in designing distributed systems, APIs
• Proficient in Java
• Proficient in deploying and operating services on cloud platforms
• Experienced with CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade system monitoring
• Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and track record of leading complex projects from design to production
• Ability to build and drive observability, improvements and cost optimization
