Description
You will lead the global sales organization at Rhombus Power, serving as the face of the company to senior DoD and IC leaders. You'll drive strategic deals, open doors through senior-level relationships, and scale the DC sales team, while representing Rhombus at industry events and navigating complex government procurement.
Requirements
- Retired 3-star or 4-star military officer or SES-3+ civilian executive
- Significant government relationships and credibility in DoD and IC
- Experience leading sales organizations and managing senior sales VPs
- Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and IC contracting vehicles
- Willingness to travel extensively
Responsibilities
- Serve as face of Rhombus at industry conferences and Hill engagements
- Leverage senior-level relationships with flag officers and SES executives
- Lead global sales organization including USG and international sales
- Drive strategic deals over $5M through complex procurement processes
- Scale DC sales team from current to 20-30 people over 18 months
