Description

You will lead Workday HCM and Talent or Benefits implementations, partner with People, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to optimize HR systems, and drive automation for a best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years Workday Functional consulting experience
• Multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations
• Deep knowledge of Workday business process configuration
• Strong proficiency in EIB, RaaS, and calculated fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Workday HCM and Talent/Benefits implementations
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Ensure data integrity and support adoption of new Workday features
• Design and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards
