💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote speech therapy for a diverse pediatric population using Expressable's custom platform and AI assistant, Scout. You'll diagnose, develop care plans, and deliver family-led care focused on measurable outcomes. This role offers flexibility to design your own schedule with compensation up to $54/hour.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's technology platform
• Deliver care focused on measurable outcomes and caregiver education
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

📋 Requirements

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in Virginia (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in teletherapy or remote clinical care
• Experience with adult clinical care and assessments
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages
