You'll build and run the full-spectrum HR function for a fast-growing global tech company with teams across Southeast Asia and beyond. Your core impact is driving hiring, performance management, and leadership support in a hands-on, execution-focused culture. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead global talent acquisition across technical, commercial, and corporate roles
- Partner with founders on org design, workforce planning, and succession
- Build and operate performance management and development frameworks
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Own global payroll, compensation, and employment compliance
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international org
- Hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries with diverse employment structures
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and operations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the insurance or fintech industry
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian employment regulations
