  • Own global payroll, compensation, and employment compliance

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international org
  • Hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries with diverse employment structures
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and operations
