💼 About This Role

You'll lead Unreal's end-to-end demand-to-delivery network, owning S&OP process evolution and fulfillment network optimization for a rapidly growing CPG brand. Your work will directly impact service levels, cost, and inventory KPIs while managing a team of six.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead S&OP process evolution to a fully integrated forum
• Evolve fulfillment and logistics network for scalability
• Own relationships with co-manufacturers and suppliers
• Partner cross-functionally on innovation planning and commercialization
• Drive day-to-day operational performance against KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in CPG supply chain planning and operations
• Proven experience managing external partners (co-manufacturers, 3PLs)
• Deep experience leading S&OP processes
• Demonstrated people leadership managing high-performing teams
