💼 About This Role

You'll strengthen the security of our product and infrastructure for a mission-driven startup that helps nurses reclaim time through an AI companion. You'll embed security into development processes, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable security solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess services, repositories, and infrastructure for security gaps.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities across code and dependencies.
• Conduct security reviews for new and existing features.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security incident investigations and drive improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Security role experience with backend or DevOps background.
• Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10 and app sec principles.
• Hands-on with security tooling and automation.
• Ability to read and write production-level code.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS or GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or C5.
• Knowledge of responsible disclosure or bug bounty processes.
