Enterprise Partner Account Manager, GSIs

Description

You will be the strategic resource for Global Systems Integrators, managing long-term relationships and driving joint sales motions. You'll advise C-suite leaders on how Klaviyo can help their business grow and enable GSI sales teams with training and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience
  • Experience supporting and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPICC)
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals
  • Experience with AI tools and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Build narrative and articulate value of Klaviyo's software to GSIs, differentiating from other solutions
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities, coaching GSIs on profitability
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize opportunities
  • Develop deep understanding of GSI business models, offerings, and ecosystems as platform subject matter expert
  • Lead joint sales motions, building structured co-selling programs with GSI alliance and sales leaders
