🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects and concept studies
• Evaluate turbine concepts based on LCoE, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Coordinate project execution across R&D, procurement, production, and service
• Optimize turbine configurations and oversee handovers to product development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience managing turbine-related projects and technology concepts
• Strong understanding of complex engineering environments and cross-functional coordination
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or German
