💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site customer support for our point-of-sale products, assisting clients with device activation and usage at their sales points. You will also manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations at the local hub. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic logistics team in a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend customers at their points of sale for product setup and usage
• Manage inventory, including receiving assets and reverse logistics
• Perform equipment screening, organization, and periodic stocktaking
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety procedures

📋 Requirements

• Active CNH A or AB (motorcycle license) for at least 2 years
• Less than 10 points on CNH in the last 12 months
• Completed Ensino Médio (high school)

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Customer service experience
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
