🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide virtual technical support to customers and partners.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and tools.
  • Collaborate with Dev team to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Document solutions in knowledge base and share across team.

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, including making requests and interpreting responses.
  • Experience working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and data warehouse infrastructure.

  • Experience with data warehouse infrastructure like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Ability to read and analyze logs for issue identification.
  • Comfortable navigating GitHub and submitting Pull Requests.
