You'll join the Operations team in Berlin, supporting German customers and gaining deep insight into our FinTech product. You'll solve real customer problems, collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Risk teams, and contribute to process improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Develop deep understanding of FinTech product across use cases
• Solve complex problems by identifying root causes and escalating
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Risk teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Native-level German (C2) and strong English (min. C1)
• 0-2 years of professional experience in operations or customer support
