💼 About This Role
You'll own the anonymization platform for the market leader in human data, building systems that enable proprietary data access at enterprise scale. You'll design and ship production ML systems for anonymization and de-identification across multiple data modalities. You'll also benchmark our pipeline against state-of-the-art models and industry best practices.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and implement production ML systems for anonymization and de-identification.
- Build and maintain backend infrastructure and APIs for secure data processing.
- Benchmark anonymization pipeline against industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate compliance requirements into ML solutions.
📋 Requirements
- Strong backend engineering skills (Python/Django or similar).
- Solid foundation in applied ML and statistics.
- Proven experience shipping production systems end-to-end.
- High ownership and comfort in ambiguous environments.

- Knowledge of data privacy frameworks.
- Experience with multi-modal data (text, image, audio).
