๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive enterprise new logo acquisition for the Eastern US region at a high-growth open source company. You'll own the entire sales lifecycle and manage a team of Strategic Account Executives. This role offers the chance to scale a team and shape go-to-market strategy for Temporal's developer-focused platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value new logo opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Execute account-based strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate pipeline.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, and Solutions Architects on go-to-market motions.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise tech or developer tools sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing six- to seven-figure deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and technical evaluation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts around distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling developer-focused or technical products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Common Room, ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
