In this role, you'll design plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings like educational, healthcare, and corporate projects under the guidance of licensed engineers. You'll use Revit for modeling, assist with specifications, and perform site visits to ensure construction aligns with designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience
• Experience with Revit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Design uncomplicated piping and equipment for Plumbing/Fire Protection systems
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from schematic to construction administration
• Assist with editing specifications and reviewing submittals
• Gather information to respond to RFIs and review change orders
• Perform job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe progress
