You'll coordinate tool installations for semiconductor construction projects in the Phoenix area. You'll ensure project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts meet goals. This role offers per-diem/travel or relocation for the right candidate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and supervise multiple construction projects from inception to close-out
• Communicate project status to client management and internal customers
• Track project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain relationships with construction managers and trade labor

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of semiconductor construction coordinator experience
• Experience with construction contracts, budgets, and schedules
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to work with multiple customers and communicate at multiple levels

✨ Nice to Have

• AA/BS/MS in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
• LEAN construction practices knowledge
