Description

You will design and build a unified application platform for hybrid multi-cluster management using Kubernetes controllers and control systems, delivering end-to-end automation for application lifecycle and driving fleet-wide cost, performance, and latency optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Math or equivalent
• 10+ years in backend software development and operations
• Recent experience designing large-scale distributed systems
• Fluency in Go, C/C++, Python, or Java
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop Kubernetes controllers, operators, and node daemons for application runtime
• Deliver end-to-end automation for deployments, rollouts, failovers, and policy enforcement
• Drive fleet-wide optimization for cost, performance, and latency
• Build resilient, multi-tenant control planes scaling to millions of pods
• Partner with product and customers to turn complex orchestration problems into reusable platform primitives
