You'll drive innovation on an AI-powered EHS platform, owning roadmap and delivery in a high-paced environment. Your hands-on approach will shape the product through prototyping and iteration with engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery with engineering, managing backlog and user stories.
• Lead the AI platform roadmap with engineering and stakeholders.
• Create prototypes and execute A/B tests to refine product ideas.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and leadership for alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in agile environments.
• Proven experience working on AI products from concept to production.
• Experience managing complex multi-agent systems in production.
• Strong prototyping skills and comfort with AI-assisted tools.
