💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sbx sandboxing product team at Docker, building environments that let AI agents run safely at scale. Your team will take this new product from launch to customer reliance, owning the end-to-end experience. You'll shape the product strategy by staying close to customers and the code.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of engineers building and scaling the sbx product
• Own the customer experience from first run to enterprise deployment
• Align the team with business and product goals working with product management
• Drive the product roadmap to reflect customer needs
• Ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing a high-performing team of software developers
• 10+ years of professional experience as a software developer
• Track record of shipping products that succeeded in market
• Strong instinct for UX and advocating for the customer in technical decisions
• Experience with enterprise customers or enterprise requirements
