💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end manufacturing for high-speed optical transceivers at a well-funded AI photonics startup. You'll drive yield, quality, and reliability improvements while collaborating with world-class engineers. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the optical layer of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage manufacturing BOM and change control under QMS.
• Analyze yield data and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure DFM guidelines.
• Track test results and ensure compliance with specifications.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE, IE, or related field.
• 7+ years in high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of transceiver BOM and yield analysis.
• Expertise in SPC and quality management systems.

• Experience with wire bond, die bond, or active optical alignment.
• Knowledge of optics failure analysis processes and tools.
• International travel willingness.
